I created this blog so that I can write inspirational articles that can help others live a more meaningful life.
My articles are centered on bettering the mind, body and spirit.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Connecticut, I currently attend Eastern Connecticut State University as an Art History major so that I can become an Art Therapist and I also work as a fitness and figure model.
My passions include the human body, dance, spirituality, nature, photography and modeling.
